Full Stack Engineer, Compute Reliability

Build clear software for investigating compute incidents, and grow your depth in GPU and HPC systems alongside specialists.

Why this role exists

Operators need software that connects signals and makes the next decision easier. This role is for a strong software engineer who wants to apply product and systems skills to the hard operational problems behind AI compute.

The work

  • Build interfaces that make incident timelines, evidence, uncertainty and ownership easy to inspect.
  • Develop services and data flows that connect workload and infrastructure signals with clear provenance.
  • Work with HPC engineers to turn repeated investigations into useful product workflows.
  • Test the experience with real operators and refine it from observed use rather than assumptions.
  • Own features through implementation, reliability, accessibility and documentation.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience building and maintaining production web applications across frontend and backend.
  • Ability to design clear interfaces for complex data and debug distributed software.
  • Care with data correctness, access boundaries and operational reliability.
  • Curiosity about Linux, GPU infrastructure and large distributed workloads. Prior HPC experience is not required.

Useful experience

  • Observability or incident tooling
  • Python, TypeScript or systems programming
  • Kubernetes or infrastructure APIs

How we work

We take responsibility from first signal to outcome, build for scale and act when compute hours are at risk. Read more about how we work.
